It’s necessary to buy the entrance ticket at the park. Please take care to include in the reservation the exact date in order to avoid hitches.

This service can be booked online only until 9:00 a.m of the arrival day. After that time it can be booked onsite upon availability.

Important information	Please separate waste and dispose of it in the appropriate containers. There is no need to print your booking. Simply show your ticket on your smartphone at the ticket office upon arrival. If you need to change the date of your booking, please email us at booking@oasialento.it. For cancellations, as long as they are received by email at booking@oasialento.it at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, you may request a refund via voucher (with a 10% fee) or a reimbursement to your original payment method (with a 15% fee). Visitors are reminded that arriving in the late morning or afternoon (especially on Sundays and public holidays) may result in some services being fully booked, as places for certain activities are limited. We strongly recommend booking additional activities online in advance. Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash.

Further information

In compliance with the current rules in case of higher reservations, to encourage the distancing, it could be allocated a metallic portable grill instead of the mansory barbecue.

- It’s possible to rent the charcoal onsite;

-It’s possible to rent the grid onsite at the cost of 2€ each. It’s necessary to pay a deposit of 10€, which will be given back at the end of the rental.

The picnic area has to be left before the closing time at 18.00. In the case of evening time, the rental is valid for the daytime only.
